The submission process

The EasyChair submission system was used to submit abstracts and papers.

Submission involved the following phases:

a) Setting up an EasyChair account (unless you are already have an EasyChair account)iNeerNotepad

b) Abstract Submission

c) Full Paper Submission

d) Full Paper Re-Submission (in cases where reviewers requested changes to the paper).

Committee members reviewed all submissions and only those accepted during the preceding phase were permitted to progress to the next. All submissions and reviews for the conference was facilitated via the online EasyChair system.
